1. Who this policy covers and how our role differs

This policy explains how we handle personal information in two distinct situations, because our responsibilities differ in each.

a) Our website, marketing, and business operations. When you visit our website, book adiscovery call, request a diagnostic, email us, or otherwise contact us, we decide how andwhy your information is used. We are responsible for that data, and this policy governs itdirectly.

b) Learning solutions we create for clients. When a client engages us to design and buildan eLearning course, we deliver the finished course — a SCORM package built in Articulate

Rise — for the client to host on their own learning management system (LMS). We do nothost the course, store learner records, or run analytics on learner behavior. All ongoinglearner activity takes place within the client's own systems, which the client controls andwhich are governed by the client's own privacy notice, not this one.

During a project, a client may share limited personal information with us — for example, the contact details of their project team, or source materials that happen to containpersonal information. When that happens, we act as a service provider to the client and usethat information only to deliver the engagement, following the client's instructions and ourcontract.
